As a senior woman, I appreciated the accessibility of the hotel. The staff were always there to assist me with my luggage and ensure that I felt safe and comfortable throughout my stay.

I would have preferred if the children working there were a little more attentive and knowledgeable about the local attractions. It would have been helpful if they could have provided more detailed information and recommendations for activities that would be suitable for senior guests like myself.
